I'm not a doctor. But this book saved my wife. Book is out of print. But you can get used copies here for about 10 bucks.

Excellent book. Even if it's an old one. I used this book to find out my wife had been suffering from RA Rheumatoid Arthritis that all along had been caused by food allergies. I could not believe it. You probably dont believe it either and if I was you, (and I was at one time) I wouldnt believe it either. Specially when all the doctors tell you it it not true. My wife used this book and found out she was deathly allergic to: green peppers, broccoli, peanuts and a couple of other things. When she was able to close her mouth, (and mine, from the surprise) she had no more pain. The doctors said it was "spontaneous remission". They were wrong. It was the chemicals (natural ones) in the food that were causing an auto immune reaction. (read the book for more info). I promised her I would always tell the story. You got joint pain and don't know why and all the doctors can do is give you heavy duty meds that are expensive and destroy your stomach and intestines? Then read and try the book. It takes a couple of weeks to do it. Worse that can happen is, WHO KNOWS! (maybe you die? Maybe you get better? I'm not a doctor just a happy guy that saw how the process worked on my wife.) The book does not tell you to take any medicines or anything. It eliminates probably causes of joint inflammation by trial and error. It takes 7 days to find out if it works. Less than 10 bucks too much to pay for a possible alternative to costly autoimmune suppressant meds?

excellent guide to treat arthritis and other ailments

I have read the book and applied elimination diet and discovered I am allergic to dairy. Thanks to this book I do not have to take medicine and have no more pain. I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Excellent book. Very helpful and informative. A must if you have arthritis symptoms. Dr. John Mansfield has another book if this one is not avaliable.
